Farmer's Market Themed Activities for Preschoolers

Since moving to South Carolina, one of our favorite family activities is visiting the Farmer’s Market early Saturday morning. It’s become a family tradition and it’s always so exciting to pick out a few treasures to take home. We enjoy walking around and looking at all of the craft booths, picking up some fresh fruits and vegetables and maybe even grabbing a box of piping hot donuts. Bridgett loves the donut vendor the best because the couple that runs it gives her a plastic ring each time. It’s the little things, right? We’re so excited to kick of Camp Littles & Me by celebrating The Farmer’s Market.

Farmer's Market Themed Activities for PreschoolersThis week is all about The Farmer’s Market and I’m sharing the free printables below so you can celebrate with us. The weekly idea sheet was designed with you in mind. There are several ideas that include some prep time as well as others that can be done on the fly.  The thing I love most about the weekly idea sheet is the pretend play and bath prompts. I often forget that we can add some flair to our normal day to day activities (like taking baths) so I’m hoping that this will spark some creativity for that! Keep in mind that you can do as many or as few of the activities as you’d like. Do what works for you and your family.

Farmer's Market Themed Activities for PreschoolersWe’ll be putting the weekly idea sheet on our refrigerator so we can easily have ideas for play throughout the week. The supplies are broken down by activity in the packet, but here’s what you’ll need this week:
